Brightest Star Installer Crowned By PTS

PTS has crowned Graham Bower of Bower Associates in Hornsea its ‘Star Installer’ of 2008/09. Graham was presented with a prize of £2000 after receiving the most votes from readers of PTS’ customer magazine ‘Installer News’.

The Star Installer award was launched along with Installer News in June 2008 and saw a winning installer receive £500 in each issue. The four finalists competing for the overall title and ultimate prize of £2000 were recognised for championing renewable energy, working with apprentices and various charities and delivering excellent customer service.

John Moran, Northern Regional Director, said: "Graham was deemed the overall Star Installer after a flood of votes attesting to his track record of going above and beyond the call of duty for customers, his efforts to expand into renewable energy and his willingness to train apprentices. PTS shares the values of all the Star Installer nominees, so this was a great opportunity to show our support of their great work - it was an added bonus that Graham comes from my region!"

Graham Bower, the PTS Star Installer 2008/09, added: "Providing excellent customer service underlies all the work I do and without this I wouldn't have such a strong and loyal customer base. It's fantastic to be recognised for my hard work and this award is an incentive to continue working in new areas such as renewable energy technology."
