PTS Helps To Turn Disused Barns Into Luxury Pads

20 May 2010

Converted Barn

Three former working barns in Brockham, Surrey have been completely regenerated by family-run company Jedris Ltd, along with some help from the Crawley branch of leading merchant, PTS.

The Jedris development consists of five barns, with PTS providing the plumbing supplies and sanitaryware for three properties, all of which have been sold after just one month on the market. The project used traditional building methods and materials, combining state-of-the-art interior design and fittings.

Sharron Skinner of Jedris Ltd, said: "The development of the Brockham barns has been a huge success and being able to call on a merchant who was happy to come to site and help with any problems or source products even outside its normal range was a great advantage. I was impressed by the personal touch and the efficiency of the whole PTS team. I'm grateful that my plumber recommended PTS to me and I'll certainly be in touch with them again to benefit from the variety and quality of the top end goods on offer for the next Jedris project."

Paul Skinner, PTS Crawley Branch Manager, added: "Working on these high quality barn conversions was a great experience for us - just watching the transformation from an empty and unused space into a modern, contemporary home was fantastic to be a part of. Our approach is to build close relationships with our customers to provide a tailored service and I think this worked especially well on such a unique project as this one."
