PTS warehouse operative Graham Shadwell is the pride of PTS as he gets set to represent England at the 2010 commonwealth games. Graham will be competing in the lawn bowls competition at the Games on October 3-14th 2010 in Delhi, India.
Having already represented his hometown of Wiltshire in lawn bowls for many years, Graham is now looking forward to beginning his gruelling training and competing in the months ahead. He said: "I'm incredibly proud of what I've achieved so far and can't wait to compete this time next year. There is so much to look forward to over the coming months - I'm heading to Hong Kong, Australia, Paris and India to prepare for the big event next year."
PTS Area Director for Central South West, Ken Davies said: "We're all very proud of Graham for what he has achieved so far and we'll be supporting him all the way. It's a fantastic accomplishment and we hope he can go all the way to take a small piece of PTS to the finals in 2010."
