SMS Terms and Conditions

Please find below PTS' standard terms and conditions for all promotional SMS campaigns.

If you have received a promotional SMS from PTS and wish to unsubscribe please text END to 81025, your telephone number will then be taken off our mailing list. PTS do not charge for this service however you will be charged per text message from your network provider at your standard rate. You must have the permission of the bill payer. Please note this may take up to 10 days for us to receive the request therefore you may still receive promotional text during this time.

Competition Terms and Conditions (these will only apply if you enter a PTS competition)

SMS entrants are required to send a text to the shortcode as indicated in the competition information. The charge per text message will be the standard network charge. The total cost will therefore be dependent on your network. PTS do not accept responsibility for any SMS entry charges. Entrants must have the permission of the bill payer. Entrants may be able to enter the competition from outside the UK (although entry is restricted to UK and Republic of Ireland residents). There is no warranty that the service is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the UK and Ireland. Charges for entering the competition will depend on the relevant service provider's international text message rates. Charges will be deducted from the entrant's available credit time if they are a pre-pay customer or appear on their monthly statement if they are a pay-monthly customer. Entries made beyond the maximum number of entries as stated, or entries made after closing time, or received by the Promoter after the closing time, will not be entered into the competition, but may still be charged. Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, misspelt, incomprehensible, or not received by PTS will be void but may still be charged.
