Fan Convectors

Fan convectors are an excellent way of heating large rooms without utilising large areas of wall space. They are connected to a standard hot water heating system and some have inbuilt thermostats as standard. PTS holds and extensive range from the UK's two leading manufacturers, Myson and Smiths Environmental.

Different models available include:

Plinth type
These are particularly effective in kitchens where wall space is a premium. Mounted in the plinth board of the kitchen units, they are unobtrusive and provide a quick heat up period, they can also be thermostatically controlled.

Low level
These are wall mounted fan convectors situated at low level to provide ample heat output utilising very little space and hot water from the main central heating system. They are ideal in areas such a conservatory's.

High level
As the name suggests, these are the same as low level units but are mounted at high level freeing up even more wall space.
