History

Established in 1999 through the merger and acquisition of PTS Group Limited and BSS Zenith.

In 2006 Spendlove C Jebb  was acquired to introduce PTS into Ireland. Spendlove C Jebb currently have six branches and one RDC in Northern Ireland and one branch in Southern Ireland.

In 2010 PTS as part of the BSS Group was acquired by Travis Perkins PLC.
