History

Established in 1999 through the merger and acquisition of PTS Group Limited and BSS Zenith; PTS Plumbing Trade Supplies forms part of the Domestic Division of The BSS Group plc.

The BSS Group plc was founded in 1899 and is established as one of the UK's leading companies supplying both the industrial and domestic markets with heating, plumbing, process and mechanical services equipment.

The BSS Group plc acquired Spendlove C Jebb in 2006 to introduce PTS into Ireland. Spendlove C Jebb currently have six branches and one RDC in Northern Ireland and one branch in Southern Ireland.
