It is a legal requirement that all proposed installation work in dwellings is notified to Building Control before and after work comm
ences.
- This is compliant with Part G of the Building Regulations
- Administered by the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG).
- The Unvented Hot Water Award is renewable every five years.
- Water Regulations is a lifetime award.
