A unique partnership formed between PTS Plumbing Trade Supplies a division of the BSS Group and Piper Assessment Training, one of the longest established training centres in the UK, sees the introduction of a range of "Renewable Training" courses, covering Solar Photovoltaic, Solar Thermal and Heat Pumps with further technologies evolving.

These are offered alongside a suite of other qualifications such as Health and Safety, Unvented hot water and Energy Efficiency. Further awards aiding entry into the renewable sector are also available locally.

The courses to be held at the PTS Renewable branch are all designed to help your business become registered with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). As long as MCS recognised products are installed (these are available from PTS Renewable counter) then your customers can access very generous funding.

Unaccredited businesses will not be able to offer these funding schemes to their customers thus creating a massive disadvantage in the marketplace.
